We weave MIT’s u.lab: Leading From the Emerging Future into our team-company rhythm so learners practice presencing, systems sensing, and rapid prototyping inside real community projects—while earning MITx certificates and engaging the global u-school community.

How it maps to our model

  • Team of teams. u.lab practices run inside team companies; cross-team learning days share sensing results and prototypes.
  • Evidence & portfolio. Artifacts (ecosystem maps, case-clinic notes, prototypes, stakeholder feedback) become public portfolio items.
  • Library-anchored. Community interviews, showcases, and prototyping happen in and around our public-library hubs.
