We weave MIT’s u.lab: Leading From the Emerging Future into our team-company rhythm so learners practice presencing, systems sensing, and rapid prototyping inside real community projects—while earning MITx certificates and engaging the global u-school community.

At a glance

Cadence. u.lab content aligned to our 6–8 week project sprints; reflection circles become team dialogue sessions.
Practice. Case clinics, stakeholder interviews, ecosystem mapping, and prototyping translate directly to client briefs.
Credentials. Learners may complete MITx requirements annually and add the certificate to their public portfolio.
Community. We plug into the global u-school network for peer exchange, coaching, and showcases.
